无支架黑龙江发泡平台的用途:保温管道、蒸汽管道、热力管网。
发泡平台为二步法生产聚氨酯泡沫塑料保温管的专用辅助设备。
   发泡平台利用液压机构对安置于设备工作台面的待发泡管件(已安好中间支架及外套管)两端快速进行发泡法兰对接、定位、闭禁,以便进行发泡作业。该设备具有高效率、低能耗、易操作的特点,大大降低了操作工人的劳动强度。
该机由左、右法兰调整、运动系统;工作台;液压及控制系统等组成。
1、法兰调整运动系统:
   发泡平台两端各有油缸推动的法兰推板一件,由支撑轮及导杆配合定位以使运动平稳。推板上加工有可安装各型号发泡法兰的槽(孔)并使法兰位于推板中心以防受力倾斜。安装推板导杆及油缸的座板由两侧垂直导槽定位,用于更换不同规格工件是调整推板中心高度量调整丝刚由链条互连以保证调整时的左右同步。(该手轮用于空载调整,调整时应使推板处于靠近丝杠手轮位置)工作时调整推板法兰与工作同心并相应调整支撑轮使推板保持铅垂状态,以减少运动阻力。
2、工作台:
工作台为钢板与形钢焊接结构,分为左右两段,强度大,刚性好。
两端各有两块可调定位块,以调整工作水平方向与推板法兰同心。
工作台底部有改变工作台面倾角的举升机构,以便倾斜。

发泡时调整角度(如倾角需超过5°可在调角枢轴端挖调整地坑)。

3、液压控制系统:
两端推板各有一HSGL-63/45E头部圆法兰连接、单耳环式油缸驱动,油缸推力为49.88kN(5T)。
底部举升油缸为两个HSGL-80/45型,每个油缸推力为80.42kN(8T)。
液压系统工作压力为16MPa,当压力表显示压力不正常时,用溢流阀做相应调整。各油缸运动由3个手动换向阀控制。

The foaming platform is a special auxiliary equipment for the two-step production of polyurethane foam plastic insulation pipes.

The foaming platform utilizes a hydraulic mechanism to quickly connect, position, and close the foaming flanges at both ends of the pipe fittings to be foamed (with the intermediate support and outer sleeve installed) placed on the equipment workbench, in order to facilitate foaming operations. This equipment has the characteristics of high efficiency, low energy consumption, and easy operation, greatly reducing the labor intensity of operators.

The machine is adjusted by the left and right flanges and has a motion system; workbench; Hydraulic and control system components.

1. Flange adjustment motion system:

There is a flange push plate pushed by oil cylinders at both ends of the foaming platform, which is positioned by the support wheel and guide rod to ensure smooth movement. The push plate is equipped with slots (holes) for installing various types of foam flanges, and the flanges are positioned at the center of the push plate to prevent tilting under force. The seat plate for installing the push plate guide rod and oil cylinder is positioned by vertical guide grooves on both sides, and is used to replace workpieces of different specifications. The adjustment screw for adjusting the center height of the push plate is interconnected by the chain to ensure left and right synchronization during adjustment. (This handwheel is used for no-load adjustment, and the push plate should be placed close to the screw handwheel position during adjustment.) When working, adjust the push plate flange to be concentric with the work and adjust the support wheel accordingly to keep the push plate in a vertical state to reduce motion resistance.

2. Workbench:

The workbench is a welded structure of steel plates and shaped steel, divided into left and right sections, with high strength and good rigidity.

There are two adjustable positioning blocks at both ends to adjust the horizontal direction of the work and align it with the push plate flange.

There is a lifting mechanism at the bottom of the workbench to change the inclination angle of the workbench for tilting.

Adjust the angle during foaming (if the inclination angle needs to exceed 5 °, a pit can be dug at the end of the angle adjustment pivot to adjust the angle).

3. Hydraulic control system:

The push plates at both ends are connected by a HSGL-63/45E head circular flange, driven by a single ear ring type oil cylinder, with a thrust of 49.88kN (5T).

The bottom lifting oil cylinders are two HSGL-80/45 models, each with a thrust of 80.42kN (8T).

The working pressure of the hydraulic system is 16MPa. When the pressure gauge shows abnormal pressure, adjust it accordingly using the relief valve. The movement of each oil cylinder is controlled by three manual directional valves.
