PE管真空设备是我公司引进和吸收德国新型的先进技术研制新型真空定径法预制直埋保温管材生产线，主要适用于挤出HDPE原料和再生料。真空定径黑龙江管材挤出生产线具有快速挤出，低耗能等优点，真空定径管材生产线采用快速单螺杆塑料黑龙江挤出机，螺旋体机头，快速真空定型，生产出的成品表面光滑、均匀；配备行星切割机，自动切割，管皮切割面整齐，减少废料，节约成本，大大降低了人工，提高了生产效率。
