        PE管真空设备是我公司引进和吸收德国新型的先进技术研制新型真空定径法预制直埋保温管材生产线,主要适用于挤出HDPE原料和再生料。真空定径管材挤出生产线具有快速挤出,低耗能等优点,真空定径管材生产线采用快速单螺杆塑料黑龙江挤出机,螺旋体机头,快速真空定型,生产出的成品表面光滑、均匀;配备行星切割机,自动切割,管皮切割面整齐,减少废料,节约成本,大大降低了人工,提高了生产效率。

       我公司研发制造的真空定径管材挤出生产线结构合理,性能优越,品质升级配备PLC电脑集成控制,新工艺,自动化程度高,提高了整条生产线的性能,得到国内外客户大力好评。


真空定径管材挤出生产线产品特点

        1、整条生产线采用变频节能电机,具有调速范围广、节能省电、降低能耗,环保安全、启动性能好、力矩大等特点。

        2、使用高硬度国内名牌齿轮减速箱,传动性能可靠、适用于长期工作,品牌保证。
